All deliveries within New Zealand are sent through a tracked service. We aim to have your order packed and ready to send within 1-2 business days. Please allow another 2-3 business days for NZ delivery. All international orders are sent Economy Plus with tracking and take between 6-13 days for delivery. These times are based on your product being in stock at the time of ordering, if not we will inform you of any delay.

Please Note: At certain times of the year, e.g. weather, natural disasters, or Nov/Dec, delivery times can be longer. We will keep you as updated as we can if we have information. Your tracking number is the best way to see where your parcel is and has all the same information we have. Please email if you haven't received your parcel in the expected time frame.

• All are sent at Economy Plus Rates.
• We aim to have your order packed ready to go in 2 business days then allow number of days as below.

• Australia - $37.00. 3-6 Working Days
• Canada - $82.00.  6-13 Working Days 
• Unites States - $91.00. 6-13 Working Days
• United Kingdom - $82.00. 6-13 Working Days
• France, Germany, Italy, Spain or Sweden - $82.00 6-13 Working Days

You are able to pick up your online orders from our retail outlet 7 The Octagon, Central Dunedin. Please select this option at checkout when completing your order. Click & Collect orders will be processed daily on Tuesday to Saturday. Sunday & Monday orders will be processed on Tuesdays. Order cut off times for those days is 3.30pm.
